Avocado is a pear-shaped fruit with
a rough leathery skin and smooth, oily edible flesh. It is loaded with healthy
fats, fiber and various important nutrients.
Until recently, people don't like it party because they thought they were high
in fat and cholesterol. Avocados provide a complete protein; while it ripens on
the tree, the sun helps in breaking down the proteins into easily digested
amino acids.
Benefits:
Avocado is good source of healthy fat which makes it essential for good health
espee for good brain. Studies have shown that eating it
have beneficial effects on cardio I metabolic risk factors and have produced
lower levels of low density lipoprotein or bad cholesterol.
Avocados
don't contain all the amino acids used by the body to build protein-based
structures, but they contain all the essential ones. Essential amino acids must
be obtained from diet, whereas your body can make the non-essential types. Amino acids are metabolized by products of protein. The body uses them as
building blocks for structures and compounds that contain protein such as
muscle, skin and enzymes.
The human body uses 20 different amino acids, 14 can be made by adults while 7 essential amino acids must be consume directly from the diet. Deficiency of essential amino acids results in stunted growth, slow wound repair, impaired humanity, muscle weakness and dull skin and hair. Avocados don't contain all the amino acids that meat has, but they contain the important ones that the body can't synthesize.
