Avocado is a pear-shaped fruit with a rough leathery skin and smooth, oily edible flesh. It is loaded with healthy fats, fiber and various important nutrients.

amino acids must be consume directly from the diet. Deficiency of essential amino acids results in stunted growth, slow wound repair, impaired humanity, muscle weakness and dull skin and hair. Avocados don't contain all the amino acids that meat has, but they contain the important ones that the body can't synthesize.
